In the heart of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, the Park Hôtel Suisse & Spa has upheld a four-generation family tradition of comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality.

The hotel offers 68 rooms across five floors, designed to meet the needs of every traveler: Standard, Superior, Comfort, Deluxe, Family, or Suite. Each room provides a pleasant atmosphere, and some offer exceptional views of the Mont Blanc mountain ranges and Brévent, for a stay at the heart of the Alps.

The hotel also features two rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

For everyone’s comfort, pets are not allowed, except for assistance animals.

Booking Conditions

To ensure a smooth stay, please review the following conditions.

Reservations

To secure your reservation, a credit card number will be required and a deposit will be charged.

Some rates require full prepayment of the stay.”

Cancellation Policy

n all cases, the deposit securing the reservation will be retained by the hotel.

For cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
For cancellations made 14 to 7 days before the arrival date, 80% of the total stay will be charged.
For cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date, on the day of arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

For any interruption of the stay, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Failure to respect the check-out time may result in the charge of an additional night.
