Intern Job Description
Breakfast and food service
Main Responsibilities :
1. Setup
- Replenish the buffet throughout the service.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of all areas.
- Check availability and freshness of products (pastries, juices, fruits, etc.).
2. Guest Service
- Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Explain how the buffet operates.
- Clear tables.
- Respond to basic guest requests (hot beverages, information, etc.).
3. Cleaning & Organization
- Assist with cleaning the dining area and equipment after service.

Main Responsibilities
1. Guest Reception
- Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome upon guest arrival
- Deliver a positive and refined first impression in line with 4-star standards
- Listen to guests’ needs, respond to requests, guide them through the spa facilities, and provide all necessary information
2. Spa Presentation & Introduction
- Explain how the spa operates: available facilities (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, pool, etc.), usage guidelines, and opening hours
- Assist new guests in discovering the wellness area
- Ensure clear understanding of all services offered
3. Reservation Management
- Handle treatment bookings (massages, facials, etc.) via phone, email, or in person
- Use Google Calendar to manage and update practitioners’ schedules
- Confirm appointments and manage changes or cancellations
4. Beverage Service
- Offer and serve beverages in the relaxation area or on the terrace
- Ensure discreet and professional service
- Contribute to creating a relaxing and premium atmosphere
5. Retail Sales – PAYOT Products
- Develop sales skills
- Contribute to achieving the spa’s sales targets
6. Daily Organization & Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the spa at the end of the day (treatment rooms, changing areas, common spaces)

Night audit replacement (2 days per week):
- Read day and night logbooks and liaise with the night team when needed
- Check overnight arrivals
- Pass on information to relevant departments
- Ensure availability of invoices, cash float, and message forms
- Review scheduled departures (volume, invoice checks)
- Stay informed about seminar room bookings if applicable
Daily Front Office Duties:
- Handle guest check-outs
- Handle guest check-ins
- Monitor room keys
- Close and balance the cash register
- Assist guests, answer phone calls, and take reservations
- Respond to emails and correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Monitor guest messages on OTAs
- Pass on instructions and information to relevant departments
- Count and record the cash float (must remain consistent)
- Review logbooks and liaise with the morning team if needed
- Follow up on departures and arrivals
- Verify room allocations
- Prepare next-day departures (taxis, spa charges, room extras)
- Perform night checks and software closing procedures

Main Responsibilities
Working closely with the Spa Manager, your main objective will be to deliver massages and beauty treatments in accordance with established protocols. You will also be responsible for promoting, advising, and selling treatments and retail products, while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and loyalty.
You will:
- Provide a high-quality guest experience through your expertise in treatments, products, and protocols
- Maintain spa standards, including hygiene, safety, linen, and overall presentation
